Let on an exclusive basis, our villa is ideal for groups of friends, work colleagues or families where you have the whole house, gardens and outdoor pool all to yourselves. Take a dip in the shimmering water of the private pool or relax under the breezy coconut trees in the garden and catch the most spectacular sunsets in the evenings.
On the Rocks is a seven-bedroom villa that’s divided into two buildings. The main house is home to the living and dining areas and three bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate 6 guests. The remaining four bedrooms are located in the second building, and can accommodate an additional 8 guests. The villa has a private swimming pool with direct access to the beach. It is also right next to our smaller villa, Bellini Blue.

FEATURES
Room Amenities : Air-conditioning and overhead fans for your comfort, and safety deposit boxes for peace of mind. A baby cot can be provided upon request.
Ensuite bathrooms : All rooms have an ensuite bathroom with rain showers.
Airport Transfer : The villa is a 2-hr drive from the airport along the highway. We can arrange airport transfers in advance with a reliable independent taxi service.
Swimming Pool : Take a dip in the outdoor pool or relax in one of the sun-beds on the deck.
Direct Beach access : While the beach is picturesque, especially at sunset, swimming in front of the villa is not recommended due to rough currents. You can walk down the beach to a calmer reef-protected lagoon.
Tropical garden : Lush greenery that leads to the sandy beaches for lounging under the coconut trees or BBQs with friends.
Villa Staff : Our experienced and knowledgeable manager will oversee the property and assist you during your stay.
The villa’s skilled private chef will happily prepare a range of delicious meals from a suggestion menus, as well as discuss special requests and dietary requirements (you pay only for ingredients & transport for shopping).
Your rooms will be made up daily by our stewards, who will also make sure your needs are attended to so that you can relax and enjoy the perfect getaway.
Security : We have 24-hr security, so your mind is at ease while you’re on holiday.
Free wifi : For when you need to connect with the rest of the world while on holiday.
LOCATION
On The Rocks is located directly on the beach in Unawatuna on the southern coast of Sri Lanka.
The villa provides direct access to the beach, making this one of the closest beach villas to the UNESCO-protected Galle Fort (about 20 minutes by car). The main Unawatuna Beach stretch with lively bars and restaurants is about 10 minutes by tuktuk.
